Blackhills Diagnostic Resources, company selected for ICEX Next
Blackhills Diagnostic Resources has recently been selected to participate in the ICEX Next programme. ICEX is a national public agency whose mission is to promote the internationalization of Spanish companies to contribute to their global competitiveness and expand their business. With participation in the project, BDR has the support of ICEX as well as co-financing from European FEDER funds.
ICEX analysts have recognized BDR’s expertise in Real-Time PCR (qPCR) technologies, fragment analysis (QF-PCR), and NGS, as well as having its own bioinformatics department dedicated to developing proprietary software focused on result analysis. This specialization has allowed the company to maintain a competitive advantage over other companies. With the support granted by ICEX, BDR will be able to expand its business area and improve its competitiveness, with high growth expectations.
